*The shipping fee is non-refundable: We pay most of the freight as a courtesy to customers so they only have to pay the $2.00 or less for shipping (Ground only). With expedited, every customer pays at their own will. However, if customers would like to return a package, unfortunately carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx do not reimburse us the amount paid to ship the item firsthand. This is why we must deduct the actual amount we were charged for shipping and if a package is refused we also deduct the amount of the shipping back. Shipping is only refunded if the item is delivered past the estimated arrival date. This does NOT apply to customers who are NOT home to receive the package on the date promised. *If the item has been opened/used: A 20% deduction will unfortunately be taken from your refund as we can no longer sell this item as new. For Apple products, the package must come back to us with the shrink wrap sealed. For Samsung products, the white seal must be in tact on the box of the phone and on the actual phone ALL SEALS must be intact. All accessories must come back with the phone as well as the screen protectors. The items must be clean: please no fingerprints, hairs, scratches, etc. Please be advised that packages that are returned to us without a box will be DENIED a refund. We are not liable to errors on your part if you misplaced the box or threw it away. Please note that ATTEMPTED self-maintenance/self-repair will void all warranties with us and we will not take your item back. *If the item is still new: We refund you fully for the item itself (not including the shipping) unless you have authorization from our customer service manager. *If the item is defective: We will test the item once it arrives to our facility. If it is indeed defective, you will qualify for either a full refund or a replacement. If the item is said to be defective but we find nothing wrong with the item, you will be deducted 20% off your refund as we can no longer sell this item as new.
